No Shows, Late Arrivals, Cancellations and Rescheduling

| If you need to modify or cancel your reservation please contact Know CPR at Info@KnowCPR.com or (703)-528-7045. No Shows: All classes start on time. Arriving more than 10 minutes late is considered a no show. No refunds will be provided for missed appointments. Rescheduling: If you must reschedule your skills evaluation, please let us know as soon as possible. If it is within 48 hours of the scheduled start time a $25 rescheduling fee will be assessed. Cancellations: Know CPR will refund 100% of the $77 instructional fee for cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time. Know CPR will not refund the $10 manikin fee and shipping fee as these costs are incurred by the company when you make your initial reservation (you will still receive your manikins as they will have already been shipped to you). No refunds will be given for classes cancelled within 48 hours of the time the class is scheduled to start. |
